POWER OF REVOCATION

Cancellation:
You may revoke your contractual agreement in writing (e.g. letter or email) within 14 days without giving reason or by returning the goods. The time limit begins with the receipt of this instruction in writing or at the latest on the date of the post mark. To ensure the right of cancellation limit the cancellation must be sent, or the goods returned, in time.
If items received cannot be returned or presented in whole or in part or in a deteriorated condition (e.g. benefit of use) value compensation must be made to us.
You are liable for value compensation if the deterioration is due to your handling of the good beyond considerable testing of its properties and function. “Testing the properties and function” refers to the testing and trying out of the goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store. The goods must be returned at our risk and at your cost (only as insured parcel with tracking number!). Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of the withdrawal, for KATRIN MAYER on receipt of the returned goods. Please check the goods immediately upon arrival and report any damage to the deliverer or us within three days of receipt of the goods.
KATRIN MAYER is not responsible for the cost of return.
