PAYMENT METHODS

Terms of payment

The customer has the following payment options, which can be selected during the ordering process:

payment in advance
The customer receives an invoice and KATRIN MAYERs´ bank information and is advised to pay the full amount within 3 working days after reception of the invoice to the following bank account:

If the payment is not made by the customer within 3 days, the goods go back to sale and the
order is not valid anymore. The goods are being sent, as soon as the full amount is on our bank account.

Credit Card

KATRIN MAYER accepts all credit cards. Your credit card information will be protected at least by SSL-incription and therefor protected from unauthorized access. The payment process is handled by our partner stripe.com. Please also note their terms and conditions under www.stripe.com. If you pay by credit card, the amount will be reserved on your credit card at the moment of ordering. The payment will be withdrawn after the goods are beings sent.

Pay-Pal

The payment can also be made via the electronic payservice PayPal. Required is a PayPal account on customer side. For this payment option please select it and after your submission you will be forwarded to the secure payment form. The debiting of your account is made by completing the order.

cash payment & personal pick up at the Showroom (only for Viennese customers)

There is also the option of paying cash and picking your order up in our Viennese Showroom at Mittersteig 11, 1040 Vienna. If you live in Vienna or nearby please select this option and contact us via e-mail or telephone to arrange an appointment for your pickup.
